My New Baby - The Zara City Bag

Hey Ladies!

Happy Friday to you all! I hope you having as chilled out a day as I am.

You know when you see something on a blog or a youtube video or in stores and it literally is love at first sight? Well that's what happened to me with the Zara City Bag. I was putting on my makeup last week in the morning and I was going through all the new youtube uploads (I do this every morning, put on makeup to makeup and fashion reviews!) when Anna's what's in my bag vid came up. I took one look at the bag reflected in my mirror and had one of those eureka the angels are singing gimmiegimmiegimmie moments.

In other words I knew straight off it would be mine. No if's, no buts, no faffing. Even though I was very good and waited a week to see if the lust wore off I knew it wouldn't.

So when I went to see my boyfriend on Wednesday I popped into Zara and picked it up and I love it!

It's big enough for all my crap (I left my uni folder in there so you could see the size) and believe me I cart about a lot of it. It's lined purple on the inside and has a padded pocket for you kindle/small tablet as well as a dedicated padded middle pouch for your laptop or iPad. It had 3 zipped areas for storing things and 2 more areas that close with a metallic clasp. Inside it has pockets for storing your cards, phone and wallet which is great if you're like me and like everything to be zipped up safely. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap so you can take the weight off your elbow if you, like me, like to trek half your life around with you. It's incredibly well made and just so damn chic I know it can double as a day and work bag as well as looking good at interviews etc.

I love it and I can't rave enough about it. Zara haven't put a foot wrong in the last 3 seasons and I'd quite happily buy my entire wardrobe from there.
